- Shipping & Delivery
- Normal processing time for orders is 10 business days. For rush orders under 5 business days, a 25% service fee is applied. When shipping, we use FedEx, and customers can choose from FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight, and Saturday delivery.
Orders received after 2:00 PM (Central Standard Time) will be considered the next business day's order.
All products are shipped from our printer here in Texas via UPS/FedEx Ground.
Shipping time is completely separate from printing time. Please make sure you allow for both printing time and shipping time if you need your cups by a certain date.
Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery is available upon request.
We do not recommend shipping to PO boxes. PO box orders cannot be tracked.
If your order contains multiple items, it is possible you will have multiple shipments.
Orders shipped are delivered on weekdays only.
Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday or the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. Orders are not printed or shipped on these days. dd>
